Why CSTGraham.co.uk?

CST has two meanings for me:

Certified Shiatsu Therapist

CST is a registered trade mark owned by the Shiatsu Therapy Association of Ontario (S.T.A.O.) in Canada. Only members who have 2200 hours of training (two years full time) and have passed the S.T.A.O. theory and practical exams are allowed to use this designation. I have been a CST since 1987.

CranioSacral Therapy

CST is the abbreviation used by Upledger Institute for their craniosacral therapy courses, taught all over the world to health professionals as an additional therapeutic modality. I began my studies with them in 1988.
